Meet Our Team

Nick Weidner
Nick Weidner is a Rehab Tech and Nutrition Coach here at Foundation Sport & Spine. He graduated with his B.S. in Kinesiology from Letourneau University in Longview, Texas. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. Since graduating, he has experience as a personal trainer and group exercise coach, as well as working with athletes and as a nutrition and accountability coach.
In addition to that, Nick has worked on many of the behind-the-scenes aspects of operating a fitness facility, including sales, marketing, content creation, and program design. The thing he loves most about coaching and training is watching people progress and grow. Nothing is more fun to him than teaching a new exercise to someone. He is passionate about helping people improve their lives and live without limitations, whether that be pain, immobility, or lack of confidence. Nick is all about making change and building better habits.
Outside of the office, Nick loves being active whenever he can. He played soccer and baseball almost all his life. He also enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and is on his church’s softball team. He likes watching most sports, but soccer is the one he likes the most. His favorite soccer team is Manchester City, and he also loves watching the Chicago Bears. Some of his other favorite activities are watching movies (especially at the theater), training at the gym, reading, and playing video games with his friends. At Foundation Sport & Spine, you will probably find Nick in the rehab room coaching patients through new exercises, in a nutrition consult working on new habits and routines, giving a talk at one of their events, or helping out at the front desk.
Nick looks forward to finding out how he can best help you achieve your goals.
