Nick Weidner, rehab tech and nutritional coach at Foundation Sport & Spine

Nick Weidner

Rehab Tech and Nutrition Coach

My name is Nick Weidner. I’m a Rehab Tech and Nutrition Coach here at Foundation Sport & Spine. I graduated with my B.S. in Kinesiology from Letourneau University in Longview, Texas. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. Since graduating, I have experience as a personal trainer and group exercise coach, as well as working with athletes and as a nutrition and accountability coach.

In addition to that, I have worked on many of the behind-the-scenes aspects of operating a fitness facility including sales, marketing, content creation, and program design. The thing I love most about coaching and training is watching people progress and grow. Nothing is more fun to me than teaching a new exercise to someone. I am passionate about helping people improve their lives and live without limitations, whether that be pain, immobility, or lack of confidence. I am all about making change and building better habits.

Outside of the office, I love being active whenever I can. I played soccer and baseball almost all my life. I also enjoy playing ultimate frisbee and am on my church’s softball team. I like watching most sports, but soccer is the one I like the most. My favorite soccer team is Manchester City, and I also love like watching the Chicago Bears. Some of my other favorite activities are watching movies (especially at the theater), training at the gym, reading, and playing video games with my friends. At Foundation Sport & Spine, you will probably find me in the rehab room coaching patient through new exercises, in a nutrition consult working on new habits and routines, giving a talk at one of our events, or helping out at the front desk.

I look forward to finding out how I can best help you achieve your goals.
